Our Business and Operations
XECO Pty Ltd (Australia) and XECO Future Limited (Hong Kong),
together operate as XECO.
We provide digital platform solutions and advisory services to
the energy sector across Australia and international markets.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain includes providers of technology, cloud services, professional services, software, data services, and corporate support. We work with a range of suppliers across Australia, Hong Kong, and other international jurisdictions.
Risks of Modern Slavery
We recognise that modern slavery risks may exist in our supply chains, particularly in sectors and geographies where labour rights may be less protected. These risks may include forced labour, human trafficking, debt bondage, and deceptive recruiting for labour or services.
Actions Taken
We take a risk-based approach to managing modern slavery risks. Our actions include:
- Embedding relevant obligations within our supplier onboarding and procurement processes
- Assessing suppliers based on risk factors including sector, location, and spend
- Requiring suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct
- Providing training and awareness to our people on modern slavery risks
- Establishing a process for reporting concerns confidentially
Assessing Effectiveness
We monitor and review the effectiveness of our actions through supplier reviews, internal assessments, and feedback from our people and partners. We will continue to strengthen our approach over time.
Consultation and Approval
This Statement has been prepared in consultation with senior leadership across XECO Pty Ltd (Australia) and XECO Future Limited (Hong Kong), and has been approved by the Board.
